I've been teaching yoga since 2007 and received my 200-hour certification through the Living Yoga Program in Austin (www.livingyogaprogam.com).
I retain an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) membership with Yoga Alliance and continue to study with gifted and inspirational masters. I especially enjoy teaching alignment, pranayama and meditation with fun infusions from Yin and Jivamukti yoga styles.
